It is recommended that maintenance be performed on Bird-Style blenders at least once every two years.

Disassemble blender  
Replace all filters and rubber goods  
Examine components Replace if defective
Ultrasonically clean main body Replace if defective
Replace all recall components  
Assemble  
Connect inlets to oxygen and air  
Do leak test Correct
Test alarm pressures Calibrate or replace component
Calibrate w/appropriate device Replace component if defective
